How to Apply

The application should be submitted after an indictment is made and a trial date has been set.

The victim should complete the Application Form, and have the district attorney fill out and sign their section

You will receive a letter from the foundation indicating whether your application has been approved. If approved, you will be told how much you are eligible for (note: maximum amount of financial support is $3,000).
