Thank you for your assistance in our recent prosecution of People v. Benjamin Simmons. Mr. Simmons plead Guilty to Raping and Sodomizing a thirteen year old child over a period of three years. He was sentenced to ten years incarceration. Your foundation's financial assistance made it possible for the young victim to have an out of state support person by her side during the final stages of the court proceeding.
